Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please read the care label sewn onto your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if laundry instructions have not been adhered to and product has been damaged during the wash.
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
