PAYMENT

Your credit card or PayPal account is charged immediately on purchase, if your card or PayPal account can not be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent.

RECEIPT OF PURCHASE

If you do not receive a receipt please first check your junk email box. Otherwise please contact us directly to have one sent directly to you.

RETURNS POLICY

At Sheets and Bedding Shop we are committed to bringing you 100% total satisfaction guaranteed. The success of our product range lies in an uncompromising attitude towards quality. We believe in our products and would like you to believe in us.

No Quibble Guarantee – it’s simple! If you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days in it’s original packaging, unwashed and unused with your proof of purchase for a full refund.

In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions and address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in an exchange. You will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s).

RETURNING GOODS

As long as you have your proof of purchase and your item is in its original, complete packaging you are entitled to a full refund. However, if you have lost your proof of purchase or it was a gift – don’t panic – we will exchange your product or offer a gift voucher.
Faulty goods can be returned and fully refunded with no receipt.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

WARRANTY

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JMB Ventures.  Sheets and Bedding Shop is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Although good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty you will receive a replacement or be issued with a full refund if requestion. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt for a refund.   Please read the care label sewn onto your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if laundry instructions have not been adhered to and product has been damaged during the wash.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
